Booking Conditions

Enquiries may be made by telephone giving numbers and dates required. If the dates and accommodation are available, your booking will be accepted subject to a deposit being received by us within ten days of your first enquiry. All bookings are on a bed and breakfast basis only. A packed lunch can be provided upon request in advance at an additional cost. Non refundable deposits of £10 per person (no VAT) are required to secure bookings for duration of up to 7 days. We reserve the right to increase this amount for bookings of 8 days or more. (Details available upon request)A confirmatory invoice will be sent acknowledging receipt of your deposit and showing the balance due before the end of your visit. The invoice will show booking details which should be checked carefully. Any errors should be advised to us immediately.At least 14 days notice of CANCELLATION should be received by us IN WRITING, otherwise the full cost of the booking becomes payable. We will acknowledge receipt of your letter in writing so there is no misunderstanding regarding the amount due.If for any reason we are unable to provide the agreed service, all amounts received will be refunded but no other form of compensation will be paid.This is not a tenancy and the proprietors reserve the right to ask any person or persons to vacate the premises upon demand.

?Foresters? is a NO SMOKING establishment and in the interests of other guests, visitors are asked to adhere to this rule.Rooms will be available from 2.00pm on the date of arrival.Guests are asked to vacate their room(s) by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.Hot food should not be eaten in the bedrooms.Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8.00am and 9.00am or at any convenient time by prior arrangement. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements.In the interests of other guests, please do not take baths in the busy morning period. Towels provided should not be taken off the premises.In case of fire, please raise the alarm and leave the building by the nearest exit (front door, lounge door or kitchen door ) and assemble by the road at the bottom of the drive. Dial 999 from the public telephone box situated by the roadside.Cars are left in the car park at the owner?s risk. Any damage to property must be paid for before departureThe proprietor(s) reserves the right to amend these Conditions at any time
